If your Friday Card is stolen, lost, or damaged, you can request to have a new card mailed to you free of charge. You can also opt for expedited shipping, which costs $25.
To order a new Friday Card:
1 Open the Friday™ app.
2 From the Home screen, tap the Card tab.
3 Tap Replace Card.
4 Tell us why you’re looking to replace your card.
5 Confirm your mailing address.
When you replace your card, your card details (such as your card number, expiration date, and 3-digit CVV) could change. If you’ve linked your Friday Card to any subscription services or recurring bills, you might have to update your payment method to your new card details when you replace and activate your new card.
Good to know
If you report your card as lost or stolen, we’ll disable it immediately to protect your account and send you a new card. Make sure you review your transaction history in the Friday app to check that there are no fraudulent charges.
We will automatically send you a new card before your current card expires.
